Do you take insurance?

Yes, we are in network providers with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna.

If you do not have Blue Cross Blue Shield or Aetna, we also take insurance as recognized out-of-network providers.  We will check your insurance benefits, file your claims, and request the insurance company send the funds directly to us so that you are not left waiting for reimbursements. 

If you do not have mental health benefits or would prefer to not use insurance, please inquire about our sliding scale rate. Our mission is to make access to high quality mental health care easier for all. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations and rescheduled appointments require 24 hour notice, without which we will charge the full session fee. Your therapist cannot be compensated by insurance reimbursement for missed sessions, and so the cancellation fee is billed directly to you. We appreciate your understanding and support in this matter as we continue to work to bring high quality and affordable therapy services to all.
