Jackie believes a strong therapeutic relationship is key to successful therapy. Jackie utilizes evidence based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help her clients overcome difficulties and develop positive skills in their lives. Jackie has also completed training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Jackie customizes treatment plans based on the unique needs and goals of her clients.

Prior to transitioning into the mental health field, Jackie was a Vice President, Human Resources Generalist, in the
investment banking industry in New York City for seven years. She is
also a trained chef and worked in the test kitchens at Bon Appétit
Magazine and Epicurious.  Additionally, she held a senior leadership
role at a non-profit, funding research to find a cure for life-threatening food allergies. Her life experiences are varied yet the one constant is her deep connection with people and her strong interest in the human condition.
