Claire believes therapy can empower individuals to better understand their stories and build an authentic, wholehearted life. Through a strengths-based lens, she creates a highly empathetic and compassionate environment to help her clients explore the full range of their human experiences. Claire supports her clients in examining how systems, past experiences, and relational patterns have impacted them and may be keeping them from reaching their goals. She is a collaborative practitioner, and she credits the therapeutic relationship as an integral part of change. Claire is passionate about the mind-body connection and its capacity for resiliency. Her approach is to help clients work through whatever is bringing them to therapy while exploring how to best care for themselves.

Claire holds a MA degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and is a certified yoga teacher.  She utilizes strengths-based, psychodynamic, and person-centered theories to support adults and teens who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief.
